Buildings as soon as erected are easily rented. The tendency the past few years has been to erect more &#8220;round-the-year&#8221; homes but the summer cottage for summer only is yet greatly in the lead. A simple and not expensive type is the one shown in the picture, one like it being glimpsed in the rear.
