The state financed project of five two-story buildings is being constructed by Fred Findlen &amp; Sons of Dedham.   Ground breaking ceremonies are set this morning at 10 when Mayor Resnic will lead housing and other officials in dedicating the side.   A shovel and trucks were on the job Wednesday, however, opening up the first foundation hole.<\/p>\n<p>Photo above is current, via Bing.com maps.   Below is a photo of the site prior to groundbreaking, you can see the house in the distance is the same in both photos. Is this still used as housing for the elderly?
