Landau of North Adams, who is to come here this summer as rabbi, was the principal speaker and he gave a talk on the strong manifestation of the faith of Israel that prompted the plans for the erection of the new place of worship.<\/p>\n<p>Isador M. Ziff presided as toastmaster and remarks pertinent to the various phases of the building program were given by Jacob   L.
