Gill Has a Narrow Escape.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What narrowly escaped being a serious accident occurred on Northampton street in Holyoke last evening.   George C. Gill and daughter were riding their horses down Northampton street, when the horse ridden by Miss Gill became frightened at a passing automobile, and becoming unmanageable, threw her to the ground.   The horse fell a little later, breaking its leg, and it was necessary to shoot it.
