J. &#8212; Quiet and very romantic was the wedding which took place here on Friday afternoon of William Treffingberg of New York and Miss Florence L. Kent of Holyoke, Mass.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Treffingberg had been ill in the Mansion House for several days and did not know whether he had many more hours to live.   He sent for his fianc\u00c3&copy;,   and then arranged to have the ceremony performed as soon as she arrived.<br \/>\nWhen Miss Kent reached Morristown, the bridegroom was so ill that he could not dress for the ceremony, so he bride consented to have the marriage performed while he remained in bed.   The Rev. Philomen Sturgis of St. Peter&#8217;s Episcopal Church performed the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Treffing berg is a portrait painter of ability.   He recently finished some pictures of George Gould&#8217;s children.
