Bleasius<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>11 January 1914<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alderman John P. Bleasius, who was elected president of the Board of Aldermen, will make an excellent presiding officer.   Mr. Bleasius has been minority leader for some years, and has at times changed the minority into a majority.
