The plans provide for a two story house; the first floor or basement is to contain the lockers, general toilet-rooms and storage room for the canoes. On the second floor will be a large hall, chart-room for the members, Parlors and women&#8217;s toilet-rooms. On two sides of the building will be large verandas, affording a fine view up and down the river. Work will begin on the new building in about a month. There were 25 new members admitted last evening.
