N. Hoque<\/strong> and company when they were arraigned yesterday morning. The only charge against them was for being drunk and the judge thought it worth $5 each. This was paid for by their friends from this city and they will probably avoid the city for some time. <strong>Kate Burns<\/strong> was fined $5 for being drunk. <strong>Michael Connors, Maurice Scanlon and Patrick Fitzgerald<\/strong> were each ordered to pay a fine of $10 for being drunk and all &#8220;went down.&#8221; <strong>Isaac Odelhagen<\/strong> paid a fine of $3 for throwing snowballs and <strong>John O&#8217;Connor<\/strong> and <strong>John O&#8217;Brien<\/strong> were arraigned for breaking and entering <strong>J. J. Dowd&#8217;s<\/strong> market and they will appear again Monday.\u00a0 <strong>L. Jodrean,<\/strong> who was charged with stealing a gold ring, was discharged. <strong>Eugene Turcotte<\/strong> was arrested yesterday morning for stealing cigars from <strong>S. F. Benoit<\/strong> and will be in court this morning. The theft was detected when an inventory was made and a watch kept for the thief. <strong>P. M. Swiney, Alfred Benson and J. J. Shea<\/strong> were arraigned for illegal liquor keeping and the cases continued to March 5 under $500 bonds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The society of fine arts<\/strong> has been invited to attend a special view of the paintings in <strong>J. D.
