Fred Vigneux<\/strong> and <strong>Joseph Beauregard<\/strong>, all of Holyoke, will have a quantity of very good liquor handed back to them as sort of\u00a0 a Christmas present, under an order handed down in the federal court here today by <strong>Judge E. H. Brewster<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The liquor was seized December 4, 1923, and has been the object of much litigation. A year ago Judge Brewster ordered the liquor given back, but the government appealed. The appeals court upheld Judge Brewster&#8217;s decision and sent the case back to him for disposition. He disposed of it by reissuing his former order.
