Erat, who paid a fine of $50 at Holyoke yesterday for damaging the fence, and paid $124 for restitution, was charged today with swearing falsely in making an application for insurance. he pleaded not guilty and the case was continued to march 1 for hearing. he furnished bonds of $5000. Foley of Easthampton appeared for him.<\/p>\n<p>The complainant was Frank G.
