CHAPTER VII.
ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS.


Rule 1. At the discretion of the School Board an Assistant Superintendent of Schools shall be elected in the same manner as the Superintendent of Schools is elected, and shall perform those general and special duties of school administration and supervision assigned by the Superintendent. This officer shall give special consideration to the supervision of the work of the kindergarten and elementary schools (the first six grades), to approved standards and tests and the correlation of work in the grades and schools below the junior high school.
