Former Hegy's? Ridgewood?

Help me out here … I found this ad for Hegy’s in a 1927 issue of The Springfield Republican. It looks much like the image at the top, same location pretty much. Is this the former Ridgewood Mills (used to go there a lot with my mom to look at & buy fabric) — and is this now the location of the Waterfront Tavern??

Belle Skinner Collection, by Ruth Isabel Skinner. Published in 1933, this book is long out of print but copies are still available in the aftermarket.
