CHAPTER IV.
ORDER OF BUSINESS.


Rule 1. At all regular meetings of the Board, the order of business shall be as follows:
  1. Roll call.
  2. Reading of minutes of the last regular and any intervening special meetings.
  3. Consideration and approval of bills.
  4. Reports of Standing and District Committees and consideration of the same.
  5. Consideration of communications and recommendations of the Superintendent.
  6. Unfinished business.
  7. New business.
  8. Adjournment.
Rule 2. Any rule may be suspended at any meeting until the next meeting or for less time, by vote of two-thirds of all the members of the Board.

Rule 3. The rules or Cushing's Manual shall be used for the government of the Board, except as herein otherwise provided.
