CHAPTER V.
VOCATIONAL SCHOOL.


Rule 1. The Holyoke Vocational School is organized under the provisions of Chapter 74 of the General Laws and amendments thereto. Its care, management, and control is vested by city ordinance in the School Board as the "Board of Trustees for Vocational Education". It is also subject to Federal supervision because it receives funds from the Federal Government.

Unless inconsistent with law or the rules laid down thereunder, the foregoing rules of the School Board shall, so far as applicable, govern the Board of Trustees and the Vocational School. All sessions of the School Board shall be deemed to he sessions of the Board of Trustees, without specific mention, and all votes adopted or actions taken at such sessions shall be deemed to apply to the Vocational School, so far as possible, unless a different purpose or rule appears.
