CHAPTER XXI.
APPEALS AND AMENDMENTS.


Rule 1. Nothing in these rules shall be construed as taking away the right of appeal to the full Board in any matter. The full Board shall be superior in authority to any school official or subcommittee.

Rule 2. These rules shall take effect upon the date of their adoption, and shall supersede all other Rules and Regulations. They shall continue in effect from year to year.

Rule 3. The rules and regulations of the School Board may be amended or repealed at any meeting by a majority vote of the whole Board, provided that notice shall have been given of such proposed action at a previous meeting, and that each member has been notified in writing by the Secretary of the proposed change.
