Obituary of Mrs. Thomas McGrath

April 28, 1935

Mrs. Catherine Caffrey Kennedy McGrath, wife of Thomas McGrath of 19 North Wast street died this morning at the Providence hospital after a short illness. She was a resident of this city for over 50 years and was a member of the Rosary society of Holy Rosary Church. Besides her husband she leaves her four sons, Hugh, Harry and William Kennedy of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Bridget Narry, Mrs. Mary Kelly of this city; two brothers, Michael Caffery of Windsor Locks, Ct., and Martin Caffrey of this city and three grandchildren. The funeral will be at the Dillon funeral parlors, Monday morning at 8:30, followed by a solemn high mass of requiem at the Holy Rosary church at 9. Burial will be at Calvary cemetery.
