Death of Max Burkhardt

14 December 1897

Max Burkhardt, 35, died at the Holyoke City Hospital Sunday night after a short illness. He was taken to the hospital Sunday morning. He was the son of G. H. Burkhardt and had been in the company with him in the grocery business for a long time. He was one of four sons and two daughters. Mr. Burkhardt leaves a widow and four children. The funeral will be held today.
