Welcome Geneabloggers

by Laurel | January 21st, 2012

I’m pleased to say Holyoke, Mass.com is now linked to Geneabloggers. This great site somehow escaped my notice — though to be honest I have been extremely busy with starting our business this past couple of years, and have only recently been able to make time to do what I love — history and genealogy research in general but with a specific focus upon Holyoke and western Massachusetts. Thanks to Sara for bringing Geneabloggers to my attention.

Don’t forget to check out the “History” tab, above. I have lots of great resources — histories, cemetery inventories, yearbooks, a cookbook, many photos and much more. The “About” tab will tell you a little more about me, including some of the surnames I am researching.

So, if you are a Geneablogger, welcome to Holyoke, Massachusetts — a western MA city founded in 1850 — hope you enjoy what we offer here.

And if you are a HolyokeMass.com regular — definitely check out Geneablogger. It offers more than 2000 genealogy based blogs, easily searchable. I suspect it will impress you as much as it did me.
