Need Help With Place Verification

Yesterday I received e-mail from someone seeking help in verifying the correct location in the following images. So responses will be helpful to him. I was given permission to post these images, he is connected to the Gingras family.

The above image is believed to be on High Street, possibly across from the former Transcript building. Anyone know?
