Sacred Heart Church and Sisters Home and Church

The workmen on the Sacred Heart Church tower have succeeded in putting up the large cross that surmounts the spire. It was started Wednesday afternoon and fastened in place yesterday. The cross weighs 200 pounds or more, and is 17 feet tall, although it does not look half that from the street level. The top is somewhat over 200 feet above the street.
