The first dance in the John J. Lynch Junior High School in Holyoke, opened this year, was held Tuesday night. Eighth and ninth grade pupils enjoyed a special holiday dance in the cafeteria. The youngsters danced to the music of Tommy Taylor and his orchestra. A holiday luncheon was served. Pictured are two couples with a member of the school faculty, left to right: Maura Driscoll, Dave McHugh, Miss Marie Sullivan, William St. Lawrence and Maureen Pendergast.
