Wailgum – Tulloch Wedding

June 2, 1946

Miss Norma M. Wailgum, of 325 High street, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Wailgum of Springfield was married to Clyde C. Tulloch, of 69 Sycamore street, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Archibald Tulloch, this afternoon in Skinner Memorial chapel. Rev. Albert J. Penner performed the single ring service. William C. Hammond was organist.

Mrs. Virginia Messer attended as matron of honor and the bridemaids were Mrs. Myrtle Tracy and Miss Eleanor Wilson. William Tulloch served as best man and the ushers were Edward Twohig and John Hunter. More than 100 guests attended the reception given at Ye Tavern. The bridal couple then left on their wedding trip to the Middle West and Canada by car. They will live at 825 High street after July 1.

A native of this city, the bride received her education in local schools. She was formerly employed as a floorlady at the Woolworth Co. Mr. Tulloch was born in this city and educated n public schools. He is employed by B. F. Perkins & Sons in Willimansett.
