Obituary: Thomas Thomson

Holyoke, Nov 1 — Thomas M. Thomson of 180 Sargeant St. died tonight in the Holyoke Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Pennicuik, Scotland and had been a resident of this city 63 years. Up to his retirement 12 years ago he was employed by the Franklin Paper Co. more than 40 years.

Mr. Thomson was a member of the Holyoke Caledonian Club, a past president of Manchester Unity, Odd Fellows and a charter member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Miss Hazel Thomson at home and Mrs. Jane Brown of this city; a brother David M. of Edinburgh, and two grandchildren. His wife, the former Sarah Jolly, died four years ago.
