“Revels” to be Given Tuesday night Include Two-Act Play, a Concert and a Fashion parade.
Holyoke — The program for the Kiwanis “Revels of 1931” given a two-act production with an olio in the first part, a concert and a fashion show in the second part act. The revels open with a scene in a living room at Highland park. Musical numbers will be given by Lawrence Griffin and Paul LaFrance. One of the most amusing features will be a burlesque on a wrestling match with Leon Hatton and Alex Forbes as the wrestlers, William J. Norton as the trainer and Harry Partridge as the referee.
There will be singing by a double octet consisting of Harry Partridge, Herbert Baldwin, John Cox, Norman Dash, Eugene Foote, Joseph Gibson, Alexander Ferguson, Edward Gilday, Frederick Hunt, Byron Hudson, Cullen Keough, Arthur Lynch, Louis Prevost, Dudley Silsby, Harold Stewart, Leonard Titus, Herbert Webster, Walter Redfern, William Wakelin, Robert Brainerd, Constance Mahoney, Bernard Clough.
Musical numbers in the second act will be given by John Marion and his Marionettes, Mrs. Philip Clarke, Miss Genevieve Cooks and Alexander Ferguson. The mannequins in the fashion parade will include the following: Edward Burkhardt, Frank Button, James Cleary, Daniel Gallivan, Fred Larose, Howard Hastings, Charles Jacques, Martin Judge, Dr. Robert Lowe, Joe Hertzmark, William Norton, Philip O’Brien, William Peck, James Dowd, Horace Prentiss, Newton Russell, Tom Fitzgerald, Daniel Waters, Albert Webb, George Osborne.
