Mrs. Albert Hebert’s Clothing Caught Fire From Kitchen Stove
Mrs. Albert Hebert, 46, died yesterday afternoon at the Holyoke City Hospital of burns received while putting coal on her kitchen fire Monday. Mrs. Hebert was blind and her dress caught fire and she was badly burned before the flames could be extinguished. The House of Providence ambulance was called and she was taken to the hospital and attended by Dr. P. E. Hurley.
She leaves besides her husband, Albert, three step-children, Ernest, Thomas and Lena, at home; her mother, Mrs. Odelle Masse of this city; four brothers, Fred, Edward, William and Henry, all of this city, and four sisters, Mrs. Martha Dame of Willimansett, Mrs. Margaret Stone of Holyoke, Mrs. Joseph Lavoie of Springfield and Mrs. Edgar Moreau of Aldenville. The funeral will be held at the home Monday morning at 8:30, followed by a solemn high mass of requiem in the Precious Blood Church at 9. Burial will be in Notre Dame cemetery.
