Holyoke Prudential Plaza

aka the J. R. Smith Building — Scroll to the bottom of the page to see a nice rendering of this building at the library website.

Grab shot taken by me on 28 January 2012. Apparently there has been some kind of renovation and the space is available for lease, however the entry is littered with junk and what appears to be someone’s old law library. Not exactly appealing to commercial tenants. But who knows, perhaps it is clean and tidy now.
