Felix E. Richey, 58, died today at his home 440 Britton Street, Fairview, after a long illness. He was born in Canada and had resided here for the past 25 years. He had been employed by the Holyoke Street Railway. Mr. Richey was a member of the Chicopee Lodge of Masons and the Trollymen’s Union. Besides a widow, he leaves three sons, Albert E., Clifford E. and Harold S., all at home. The funeral will be held at Alger’s funeral parlors, Friday afternoon. Burial at Forestdale Cemetery.

Holyoke — Mrs. Margaret C. (Peterson) Richey of East State St., Belchertown died on Sunday at her home. She was the widow of Felix Richey. She was born in Denmark, August 16, 1870, and came to this county and this city 70 years ago. For the past 60 years she had resided in Chicopee, Fairview and Belchertown. She was a member of the First Congregational Church, Chicopee, and its Ladies Aid Society. She leaves three sons, Albert E. of Welfleet, Clifford E. of Chicopee, and Harold S. Richey of Belchertown; two sisters, Mrs. Christine Blanchard of South Hadley Falls  and Mrs. Marie Percy of St. Petersburg, Fla.; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held at the Alger funeral home Wednesday at 10:30, Rev. Asa W. Mellinger will officiate. Burial will be in Forestdale Cemetery, calling hours are today and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
